18th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards® Winners

The winners of the 18th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards® were announced during a live broadcast from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The three-hour special aired on the Univision Network, and was hosted by Jaime Camil and Roselyn Sánchez.

The night’s big winners were Luis Fonsi, Ruben Blades, and Juanes. Fonsi took one of the night’s top honors, “Record of The Year” for his global hit “Despacito,” while Blades took the honor of “Album of The Year” for Salsa Big Band, Juanes took home the  “Best Pop/Rock Album” Latin GRAMMY for Mis Planes Son Amarte.

 

 

Additionally, The Latin Recording Academy’s President /CEO Gabriel Abaroa Jr. presented the President’s Merit Award to award-winning composer, lyricist, and performer Lin-Manuel Miranda for his outstanding and numerous contributions to the Latin community.

Other winners included Shakira, Residente, Banda El Recodo, Olga Tañon, Mon Laferte, Natalia Lafourcade, Marco Antonio Solis, Lila Downs, and more. Check out the list of winners and photos of the winners with their Latin GRAMMY, below.
