Google announced the opening of registrations for its Latino and Black Startup Fund, in which recipients can receive up to $100,000 in cash, education, and training from the company.
Given the difficulty that Latino entrepreneurs in the United States have in obtaining access to credit, in 2021 Google created the Google for Startups Latino Founders Fund program in which 50 Latino founders received financial support, training from Google employees, and credits from Google Cloud as well as access to therapy sessions to offer emotional support.
This year registration is open to all entrepreneurs residing in the United States who qualify with the requirements. Participants can visit the Google for Startups site to apply and learn more. The deadline to fill out the application is March 26, 2023.
