Barrow Launches #BEYOURSELF with Winnie Harlow

Italian-made fashion label BARROW is launching its first international campaign dubbed #BeYourself with a set of visuals led by supermodel Winnie Harlow, and supported by some of social media’s most influential tastemakers, who are all uniquely and unapologetically themselves. 

Set in a classroom shot by RAYSCORRUPTEDMIND (Travis Scott, GQ, Nike) and creative directed by Allantroy of KR8 Agency, the campaign showcases Barrow’s class of 2021 wearing the “Spacesong Collection.” The students – including supermodel Winnie Harlow, skater Burberry.erry, Midnight Studios Creative Director Shane Gonzalez, international DJ Siohban Bell, professional dancer Dexter Mayfield, and more– live out their Senior Superlative as a nod to the John Hughes “brat pack” film era such as Ferris Bueller’s Day Off and The Breakfast Club.

Taking inspiration from the night sky, the collection is a well-orchestrated mix of colorful and neon-hued sweatshirts, jackets and, T-shirts emblazoned with the brand’s logo, a fun, yet sinister take on the smile emoji, plus a strong push on coordinating sets, and accessories including bucket hats and logoed socks. 

#BeYourself is a call to action for all to be authentic, unique, and unapologetically themselves at all times. Using the hashtag BeYourself Barrow hopes to target opinionated and self-confident youth of Gen- Z. Already endorsed by social media superstars Miley Cyrus, J Balvin, Lil Nas X, Khalid, and Swae Lee among others, Barrow fully supports the idea of playful self-expression.
