Belle and the Dragon Release “Trees” Music Video

Belle And The Dragon, the new band formed by members of acclaimed chart-topping rock bands Flyleaf and P.O.D. have released the music video for their debut single “Trees.”

The colorful video was filmed just before the Coronavirus pandemic quarantine announcement, featuring vocalist Sameer Bhattacharya exploring the Barrio Logan area of San Diego.

Vocalist Sameer Bhattacharya, said:

We shot this in Barrio Logan, San Diego on March 6, 2020 before the lockdown. Wuv introduced me to Salud! in Barrio Logan when I was looking for some killer vegan tacos. Being down there felt inspiring so I decided to shoot footage for “Trees” there not really knowing what was going to happen. The colors and the vibe in Barrio Logan is inspiring. I took the footage and tried to make it feel surreal, almost dreamlike: the cognitive dissonance of seeing the forest through the trees.

Belle and the Dragon will continue to perform virtual concerts and/or host live conversations every Friday at 12 PM PST on Facebook and/or Instagram, as a way of bringing people together online during this time.
