Claude VonStroke Announces ‘Back To The Basics’ US Tour

In 2022, global superstar Claude VonStroke is going back to the basics with his U.S. Tour.

What does that mean? It means, VonStroke will not be accompanied by any openers or closers, flashy LED screens, visuals, or cryo guns: simply Claude VonStroke playing the first and last record every night, as he did when he first started, DJ’ing from open to close. Across every tour date, the DJ booth will be placed directly on the dancefloor whenever possible.

This back-to-the-basics tour approach joins Dirtybird’s White Label Series as a part of a larger label initiative to return to the core of its eclectic sound, eschewing expectations, and reinvigorating VonStroke’s enthusiasm for the dancefloor.

This is where it all started for VonStroke, stuffing white label vinyls in his basement, and playing grungy venues for as long as he was able. He’s a grafter, who’s passion for the music and love of the community has seen VonStroke build Dirtybird into one of dance music’s most successful and fun independent dance labels.
