It’s official, Colton Haynes is returning to The CW’s hit series, Arrow, as a series regular.
Haynes joined the cast of Arrow as a recurring character during the second half of the first season and became a regular at the beginning of the second season with a two-year deal. Haynes departed at the end of season three when his contract was up and now he is back to reprise his role as Roy Harper AKA Arsenal.
