Mexican-American artist, producer & musician, DannyLux, releases new single, “Soltera” featuring producer 8onthebeat, the track showcases Danny’s continuous experimentation with different genres, a true evolution of his artistry, as he switches gears from sad sierreño anthems and dives into the EDM and house music scene for his new side project, DESCXNTRXL.
DannyLux joined forces with several new collaborators, including Mexican-American producer, 8onthebeat (Xavi, Deorro) and songwriters Ashlee Valenzuela (Designo Celestial) and Oscar Garza (Junior H, Peso Pluma), stepping out of his comfort zone to create the new single girl’s anthem.
Directed by Esteban Flores in Los Angeles, the “Soltera” video is set in a 70s-style home where Danny, and in some cases multiple Dannys, can be seen hanging out in various rooms. The end of the video takes an eerie turn as the scene glitches out to reveal Danny watching himself on a television in a dark location, followed by the announcement of his upcoming EDM project, DESCXNTRXL.
