Farruko Joins Eddy Lover & La Factoria for Remake of Reggaeton Classic “Perdóname”

In the early 2000’s, La Factoria and Eddy Lover ignited the reggaeton scene with their biggest hit to date, “PERDÓNAME. Now, the legendary Panamanian artists enlist multi-platinum star Farruko to revisit their classic worldwide hit.

La Factoria and Eddy Lover originally released “Perdóname” back in 2006, and it went on to become a historic hit that topped radio charts in Latin America and the US, including Billboard’s Hot Latin Song chart, Latin Pop Airplay chart and Latin Tropical Airplay.

“Perdóname” remake comes after La Factoria, Eddy Lover, and Farruko teased the single with a series of videos posted across their social media over the past few weeks. Now with the powerful union between Panama and Puerto Rico, countries where reggaeton’s origins are traced, the new version is set to continue pushing the genre’s growth.
