Mexican rock band, MANÁ did what no other Latin artist has done…they SOLD OUT the KIA Forum in Inglewood, CA with not one, not two, but twelve shows as part of their La Residencia (Residency) shows.
We were lucky to cover MANÁ‘s eleventh show and let us tell you, they do not disappoint. The energy they bring on stage is like no other; buy your tickets to see them live when they come to a city near you. They played their biggest hits including “Mariposa Traicionera,” “Clavado En Un Bar,” “Rayando el Sol,” “Labios Compartidos,” “Me Vale,” and of course, the anthem “Oye Mi Amor.”
The crowd, about 17,000 sang and danced all night long, we even saw a couple of attendees shed a couple of tears. We overheard an attendee say she drove down from San Jose just to see MANÁ perform. It’s also worth mentioning that the crowd consisted of a variety of ethnicities and nationalities, it’s quite beautiful to see a band bring together so many people with their music. This proves why MANÁ are the Kings of Rock en Español.
Check out a mini recap of their show, below.
