Regional Mexican music’s first boyband, Nuevo Elemento, makes it clear that love, at first sight, can create a lasting relationship with their new song “Un Amor Bonito.”
Written by Adrián Navarro and Bruno Danzza, who have composed songs for many of the genre’s top artists, “Un Amor Bonito” is a blend of banda and Sierreño music, perfect for slow dancing with a special someone.
The lead vocalist of this song is Héctor Osobampo, while Nuevo Elemento’s newest member, Alejandro “Bebo” Garfías,takes the lead on phrases of the chorus. The other members, Danny Rea and Yahir “Choco” Garduño, also lend their voices to this lovely showcase of their harmonies.
Filmed by the director Gerardo Mantecón in Los Angeles, the official video shows the sharply dressed guys using their singing and poetic lyrics to win over the woman who has stolen their heart.
“Un Amor Bonito” follows on the heels of the group’s single “Cómo Pude Estar Tan Ciego,” their cover of the 2003 Banda El Recodo hit. The first two original singles by the group are the lovely ranchera ballad “Mía,” which surpassed 1.2 million YouTube views, and “No Andes Con Nadie.” This track reached the Top 35 of the Billboard’s Regional Mexican Airplay chart and earned the group two nominations at the 2021 Premios Juventud.
