Olga Tañon Teams Up with Elder Dayán Díaz on “Pasarla Bonito”

Olga Tañón premieres the music video for “Pasarla Bonito,” her collaboration with Colombian singer and one of the leaders of the new wave of contemporary vallenato, Elder Dayán Díaz.

The song was written by Tañón and Dayán Díaz, alongside LenierJordany González Mora, and Mauro Silvino Bertran, the latter two also in charge of production. In the single, Olga masterfully achieves a global alternative sound, combining Latin tropical pop with vallenato. This innovative fusion, combined with the unmistakable voice of Elder Dayán Díaz, delivers an uptempo track that lifts the spirits and invites us to “Pasarla Bonito.”

The video clip, directed by Billy Denizard and Adrían Sánchez, was filmed in Miami. True to its message, Olga and Elder managed to “Pasarla Bonito” during the video shoot despite a strong storm system forcing the production and singers to change filming plans.

“Pasarla Bonito” is the fifth single from her most recent album, “Así Yo Soy,” released on May 31. The record represents the evolution of “La Mujer de Fuego,” guided by Tañón’s powerful vocals through spectacular fusions that embark us on a journey through Latin American musical richness.
