Puerto Rican singer and songwriter, Juan Carlos Ozuna, commonly known as Ozuna, has been awarded four Guinness World Records titles for his musical achievements.

- Most Billboard Latin Music Award nominations for a single artist in a single year – with 23 nominations on 12 February 2019.
