Sir Elton John x Britney Spears make Pop History with Disco Infused “Hold Me Closer”

The wait is over, pop legends Sir Elton John and Britney Spears have released their highly-anticipated collab “Hold Me Closer” and it does not disappoint.

The disco infused track uses John’s 1971 hit “Tiny Dancer” as the base and adds elements from his songs “The One” and “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart,” with Spears iconic vocals.

This is Spears new music six since the release of Glory back in 2016 and since the end of the fourteen-year conservatorship she was in over four months ago. John has been busy re-recording some of his biggest hits with some of the biggest names in pop, this time it’s Britney, bitch!

John said about the collaboration:

She truly is an icon, one of the all-time great pop stars and she sounds amazing on this record. I love her dearly and am delighted with what we’ve created together.

What are you waiting for? Turn up the volume and listen to “Hold Me Closer”!
