Steve Aoki, Kiiara, and Wiz Khalifa Team Up to ReImagine Matchbox Twenty’s “Unwell” on New Single “Used To Be”

2x GRAMMY-Nominated artist/DJ/producer and EDM luminary Steve Aoki teams up with Multi-Platinum selling pop superstar Kiiara for their latest single “Used To Be,” featuring the Multi-Platinum selling, GRAMMY and Golden Globe-nominated recording artist Wiz Khalifa.

The chorus on “Used To Be” doubles as a reimagining of Matchbox Twenty‘s seminal hit, “Unwell” featuring Kiiara’s unmistakably enchanting vocals and a hook-laden, undeniable verse from Wiz Khalifa. All filtered through the lens of Steve Aoki’s signature golden touch on the production side, “Used To Be” is a trifecta of pop superstardom.

The accompanying music video was animated by Dreambear and directed by Noah Sterling, the video sees Steve Aoki, Kiiara, and Wiz Khalifa fighting to free their galactic city FAAR-26 from the hostage of evil villain All-Mind. Will they save their city?
