They’re back and taking us to their teenage years, Tegan and Sara have released their new single, “I’ll Be Back Someday” off their forthcoming album, Hey, I’m Just Like You.
The infectious punk/rock track is a reinvented version of what the sisters found on their old cassettes when they were digging through inspiration for their first memoir, High School. The cassettes were from the 1990s, the duo was between the ages of 15 and 17 when they recorded the tracks.
Hey, I’m Just Like You is set for release on Sept. 27, their memoir High School will be released on Sept. 24.
