The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures Announces 2025 OSCARS Season at The Academy Museum

The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures announced details of the 2025 Oscars Season at the Academy Museum, running through March 30, which invites the public to celebrate the 97th Oscars® and delve into Academy Awards® history through unique and engaging Oscar®-focused events and activities found only at the museum.

Oscars Tours: Through the Decades will take visitors through the history of the industry’s biggest night and highlight memorable Academy Award wins. Oscars History Tours will run through March 30. Additionally, each month will feature a Gallery Spotlight,  where special guests will explore select exhibition spaces and themes. These insightful conversations will delve into the connections between gallery pieces and the art, history, and science of moviemaking.

January and February will include Oscar® Sundays film screenings, highlighting exceptional Black artists who have been nominated for or have won Academy Awards over the last 65 years.

Tickets for film screenings and Oscar Nominee Spotlights are sold separately and do not require general admission to the museum. All tickets are available through advance online reservations via the Academy Museum’s website here. Film screening and Oscar Nominee Spotlights tickets are $10 for adults, $7 for seniors (age 62+), $5 for students, $5 for children (ages 17 and younger), and $8 for museum members.
