‘The Boarding School Las Cumbres’ Available for Streaming February 19 on Amazon Prime Video

It’s time to enroll in Amazon Prime Video, its epic new series, The Boarding School Las Cumbres, will be available for streaming on February 19th.

The Boarding School Las Cumbres is set in a boarding school next to an old monastery, nestled deep in the mountains, completely isolated from the outside world. The students are rebellious and difficult children who will live under the school’s strict discipline to prepare them for reintegration into society. The surrounding forest is home to ancient legends, timeless menaces that still threaten the students as they find themselves in thrilling and terrifying adventures.

The eight-episode series stars Asia Ortega (Les de l’Hoquei), Albert Salazar (A.K.A.), Daniel Arias (Cuéntame), Daniela Rubio (La caza. Monteperdido), Claudia Riera (Les de l’Hoquei), Paula del Río (El desconocido), Gonzalo Díez (7 días), Carlos Alcaide (Libertad), Sara Balerdi (La línea invisible) and Francisca Aronsson (Hotel Paraíso).

The adult cast includes Natalia Dicenta (Solas), Ramiro Blas (Vis a vis), Alberto Amarilla (Mar adentro), Mina El Hammani (Élite), Joel Bosqued (Un golpe de suerte), Patxi Santamaría (Lucky Fred), Lucas Velasco (Educando a Nina), Joseba Usabiaga (Handia), Amaia Lizarralde (Hospital Central), Iñake Irastorza (Ventajas de viajar en tren), Aitor Beltrán (Ignatius de Loyola) and Kándido Uranga (El silencio de la ciudad blanca).

The Boarding School Las Cumbres is a joint production from THE MEDIAPRO STUDIO and Atresmedia Studios (BUENDIA ESTUDIOS). THE MEDIAPRO STUDIO’s Laura Belloso, Laura Fernández Espeso and Javier Pons, and Atresmedia Studio’s Ignacio Corrales and Sonia Martínez are heading up the executive production team. These renowned producers will lead the team of scriptwriters, put together by Asier Andueza, the co-creator of this latest installment, along with Laura Belloso, Sara Belloso, and Abraham Sastre, who helped write El Internado: La Laguna Negra.
